Music-Live!!!!!
As The River flows through The Shoals so does our music. I wanted to share one of my favorite sites for you music lovers. This site gives free admission to live events from our local singers and songwriters and some of our neighboring areas as well. Check in often for upcoming jam sessions and other events that are fun. You will want to learn how to use this site for a lot of things. Just remember to hit my "Go Home" button. Let me know how you did. We have a local bunch liveonthenet the first thursday of each month so scroll through the site and look for Muscle Shoals Area.
 Blue Grass
North Alabama has some of the best Pickin' and Grinnin' festivals. You will want to visit this site for a calendar of events and festivals, and public jam sessions. We urge everyone to learn to play and help your children learn, it's good for them. Join the Alabama Bluegrass Music Association.
You will meet some of the nicest people in the world.
If you want to know where some local pickin is going on visit The J. Fiddler Cafe' in Tuscumbia, Alabama. Hwy 72 East just past the Key West Inn. We got all ages of Bluegrassers. Bring your guitar, you will want to join in. 256-314-5501
Florence Harbor Marina/Restaurant
My dear friends Wayne and Mindy Chaney do a wonderful job at our harbor. Great Food, breakfast, wet bar, live entertainment nitely. Great family fun and dining. People from all over come to this harbor.
